The Newcastle auction catalogue, which is downloaded more than 15,000 times over the course of each month, underlines the massive interest that we have generated on home turf.

Pattinson is the largest and highest ranked property auction house located outside London and currently sits at 8th place in the National Property Auction Index.

Justin Anim, managing director, says: "Following our continuing regional success, we are constantly receiving enquiries from professional asset managers, commercial agents, accountants, solicitors, banks and builders with properties to sell outside the region. In response to these enquiries, we've decided to launch our firs ever National Pattinson Auction at a prestige venue in London early in June."

Justin is quick to point out that this new venture will not replace the present tried-and-tested Northern event but it will give an opportunity for vendors with property outside our region to enjoy the benefits of the Pattinson Auction service that has proved itself with a discerning regional market.
