Property auctioneer Pattinson has revealed plans for the UK’s first free national property auction, with interest from national house builders and property owners already filling up the 400 spaces available at this unprecedented event.
The national auction estate agent, the eight largest and fastest growing outside of London, is adding further homes to its auction offer with the announcement of a further date. If you’re thinking of selling fast at maximum price with the security of a deposit at no charge for entry or selling, entries are now being taken for the events at the New Connaught Rooms, Covent Garden, London, on 21 April and 19 May 2009.
Properties can be registered by contacting Pattinson’s auction department on 0845 146 1582, or by clicking here.
The auction will feature properties from across the UK, including prestige, new build and family homes, commercial properties, industrial and land, with available lots located across the country.
Justin Anim, managing director at Pattinson, said: “Our property auctions have been helping companies and individuals sell and buy properties for a number of years now, so we are using all our experience to offer new solutions to the market.
“Unlike standard property auctions, those wishing to sell at Pattinson’s national auction do not need to pay a fee at all. It is free. No entry fee and no sales fee.
“It has really grabbed the attention of not only individual sellers, but developers, new homes builders, commercial agents, solicitors, accountants and investors, so we have sourced some fantastic property and will feature more.”
Richard Francis, auction director at Pattinson, said: “In a difficult market, Pattinson is rising to the challenge with an innovative and enthusiastic approach. Removing the financial barrier for sellers has enabled us to bring more properties to the market, giving buyers greater choice.
“We have 18 years of experience in property auctions and have developed our services during what is a difficult market place to offer solutions for both sellers and buyers. And with the national auction, we are now providing these solutions UK wide.”
